Certificate of MSME Registration

For obtaining registration under MSME, the entity first needs to avail the MSME registration certificate. For availing such registration, the entity is to abide the following steps and procedures:

By visiting the government portal “udyanregistration.gov.in.” the MSME registration can be obtained and for this, the following two categories shall be made available:

1.  Entities who are not registered as MSME yet or the registration of new entrepreneurs such as holding EM-II (Entrepreneurship Memorandum- II).  Those having UAM (UdyogAadhar Memorandum), acquired through assisted filing or those already having UAM registered.
2.  Entities having not registered as MSME Udyam registration.  New entities for registration such as holding EM-II (Entrepreneurship Memorandum-II).  For the individual with EM-II or the new enterprise who are not registered yet as MSME, the applicants falling under such categories can click on as shown in the homepage and follow the steps.

•    When you follow the steps, the page shall ask for the name of the business owner or the entrepreneur or it will ask the information regarding the Aadhar Card.

•    When you fill in the form, click validates and generates OTP.  This step will generate OTP to your registered mobile number, which is attached with Aadhar Card.

•    After this step of validation of information concerned with OTP, the system will ask for the verification of PAN.

•    This validation process of type of organization and information in PAN.  After the verification, the validation button will be applied.  This in turn will verify the information from the government portal and validate the given information and checking will be done.

 •    After this step, the Udyan registration will appear.  If all details given is proven as genuine like the information of PAN, which the individual has given.  Then information of mobile number and email address has to be furnished.  After giving all information, it will ask for the details of the plant.

•    The number of employees and the turnover information has to be filled in and information regarding this shall be duly attached.

•    This being the final step for the process of registration, the information that has been asked shall be furnished.  The button named submit and get final OTP has to clicked.  On the basis of completion of all details pertaining to registration form, the procedure for generating the MSME registration certificate shall be completed and a reference number will be automatically generated.  After all these procedures, the MSME authority will issue the MSME registration certificate.

Those having UAM (MSME Udyan Registration), registration of other having acquired UAM through assisted filing.

The individual shall proceed by clicking the button.  For those having registration as UAM on the website homepage, or registration of other having acquired UAM through assisted filing.

Then the individual can opt to get the OTP validation on the email or mobile number that he furnished under UAM.

This in turn will open a page, which has two options.  UdyogAadhar number shall be filled and fill the Aadhar number for generating the OTP, that’s it.

The next step is, fill form after choosing the appropriate options and click on validate and generate OTP, so you will automatically get the OTP to your mobile number and fill in the details on the website.

The registration form is duly filled with the OTP and after validation of that, the registration of MSME form is filled with the details, and this ends the finishing steps of the registration of MSME with Udyam.
